Community Events and Engagement
In partnership with local organizations Kingston Police participate in and host a wide variety of community and charitable events both at Police Headquarters and throughout the City of Kingston.
COMMUNITY EVENTS
Youth-In-Policing-Initiative, Shop-with-A-Cop event, the Community Fun Fair, the Polar Plunge, Citizens Police Academy, and Chief for a Day, are a few of the exciting and fun community activities, events and programs which Kingston Police routinely participate in and/or host.
Once a scheduled date for the current year has been selected, upcoming community events, activities, and programs will be posted here.

COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT
Our CORE (Community Oriented Response and Engagement unit) officers attend and support community/charitable events and engage with local organizations.
NOTE:
If you require officers to attend an event for safety, security, and/or traffic direction then a Paid Duty Officer is required and you must complete the Request a Paid Duty Officer form for consideration.
