Charges laid in August 2024 homicide investigation

On August 4, 2024, the Kingston Police began an investigation into the murder of Jordan Greene which occurred at 37 Cassidy Street. On August 5, 2024, 19-year-old Keenan Gould of Kingston was arrested and charged with second degree murder. Gould was remanded into custody where he currently remains.

As a result of the investigation a second individual has now been charged in relation to this incident.
On April 15, 2025, 20-year-old Seth Snyder-Stokes of Kingston was arrested and charged with manslaughter and three counts of breach of probation. Snyder-Stokes attended a bail hearing and was subsequently remanded into custody.

Investigators believe there may be individuals with information that could assist in the investigation and are encouraging anyone who may have witnessed the incident or who may have relevant information to come forward.
