Kingston Police Drug Enforcement Operations Lead to Major Drug Seizure

On Wednesday, March 19, 2025, members of the Kingston Police Drug Enforcement Unit successfully concluded a month-long investigation into an individual involved in drug trafficking in the Front Road and Days Road area of Kingston, Ontario.

Acting on a Justice of the Peace-authorized drug warrant, officers safely executed a traffic stop, leading to the arrest of an individual. A subsequent search of the individual’s residence resulted in the seizure of a significant quantity of controlled substances, along with drug-related paraphernalia and proceeds of crime.


Seized Items:
•    1.93 kilograms of cocaine
•    401.6 grams of crystal methamphetamine
•    100 tabs of LSD
•    409 grams of psilocybin (magic mushrooms)
•    384 Percocet pills
•    196 Hydromorphone pills (8 mg each)
•    Digital scales and packaging materials
•    Over $44,000 in Canadian currency
•    Estimated street value of drugs: $240,000.


A 32-year-old Kingston resident was charged with six counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking and possession of proceeds of crime (Canadian currency). The individual was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
