Kingston Police searching for federal inmate unlawfully at large

Occurrence #25-4664

 

On Sunday, February 9, 2025, at approximately 7:30 p.m., 25-year-old Dylan DOEY, a prisoner from Henry Traill Community Correctional Centre, located on Bath Rd near Centennial Dr, escaped the facility and fled east towards the area of Bayswater Pl and Queen Mary Rd.

 

An exhaustive search of the area is underway. For public safety reasons Kingston Police advise community members to be cautious, and to call 911 if Doey is seen or information on his whereabouts is known. He is not believed to be armed. Doey is not from the Kingston area and may be attempting to leave the city.  

 

Doey is described as Metis, 5’7” in height, weighing 160 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, with multiple tattoos on both arms. He is believed to be dressed all in black.
