Kingston Police seek assistance locating missing person

The Kingston Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing person 24-year-old Sebastian.

Sebastian was last seen on April 11, 2025, at approximately 6:40 p.m. in the area of Patrick Street and Joseph Street.

Sebastian is described as Caucasian, 6’1”, 175lbs, with medium length curly blonde hair.
 
Sebastian was last seen wearing a beige jacket with a camouflage jacket underneath, gray track pants, a blue ball cap and black running shoes with white soles.  

Anyone with information regarding Sebastian’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Kingston Police at 613-549-4660 ext. 0.
