Kingston Police seek public’s assistance locating missing youth

The Kingston Police would like to thank the public for their assistance in this matter. The missing youth has been safely located in Kingston.

The Kingston Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing person 15-year-old, Sheldon Higginson.

Sheldon was last seen on January 20, 2025, at approximately 8:00 p.m. in the area of Portsmouth Avenue and Bath Road.

Sheldon is described as Caucasian, 5’6, 130lbs with a small build, blueish-green eyes and light brown curly hair. Sheldon was last seen wearing a black and grey winter jacket which may have grey stripes up the front, black sweatpants with red and white shoes.
