Kingston Police Strategic Plan

The Kingston Police Board and the Kingston Police are proud to announce the completion of the 2023-2026 Kingston Police Strategic Plan.

Kingston Police Board Chair Jarrod Stearns states, “In collaboration with input from a number of community stakeholders and police management, I am extremely proud to share this results-based and community focused Plan.”

Acting Chief Scott Fraser states “The Plan communicates the organization’s dedication to systemic and organizational change, to ensure we meet the changing needs of our community and employees.”
