On April 23, 2025, in collaboration with members of the Community Oriented Response and Engagement (C.O.R.E.) Unit, officers executed a Justice of the Peace-authorized CDSA search warrant at a residence located in the Russell Street and Division Street area.

As a result of the operation, two Toronto residents were arrested, and officers seized the following controlled substances:

Seized Items:

•    83.2 grams of additional cocaine (processed separately)

The total estimated street value of the drugs seized is $48,000.

A second accused, a 22-year-old also from Toronto was arrested and charged with three counts of possession for the purpose of trafficking, breach of probation and failing to comply with a court issued release order.
