One person arrested following search warrant execution at psychedelic mushroom dispensary

On December 12, 2023, members of the Kingston Police Street Crime Unit concluded a lengthy investigation into the psychedelic mushroom dispensary “Shroomyz” located in downtown Kingston. 

Following the execution of a search warrant at the business, a quantity of Canadian currency, signage and significant quantity of psychedelic mushroom products were seized with a value of approximately $49,000.00. 

One person was arrested at the scene however, the investigation remains open and ongoing at this time. Kingston Police would like to thank our partners in this investigation for their assistance, particularly the City of Kingston and the Public Prosecution Service of Canada.
