Police appeal for possible witnesses in relation to Labour Day weekend sexual assault

The Kingston Police Sexual Assault Unit are actively investigating a sexual assault which occurred on Labour Day weekend. 

 

The incident took place in the area of Kingston Mills Locks on Saturday September 2, 2023, at approximately 10:00 p.m. 

 

Police have identified and charged two males, responsible for this offence, with aggravated assault and aggravated sexual assault. 

 

Investigators are appealing to witnesses that may have seen or heard something or who may have knowledge of this crime to please come forward.
