Police requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing Kingston resident

Kingston Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing individual, Melissa LEBLANC-BOISVENU, 42 years of age.

 

Melissa was last seen in the area of Bagot Street and Johnson Street in downtown Kingston on October 31, 2023; however, her current whereabouts are unknown. Melissa suffers from medical related issues and there are concerns for their well-being. Melissa is known to frequent the area of Montreal Street and Rideau Street as well as Garrett Street in downtown Kingston.

 

Melissa is described as Caucasian, approximately 5’8” tall, 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Melissa was last seen wearing a red coat, gray pants, a blue and grey toque, and black winter boots with red laces.
