24-91251

On May 23, 2024, at approximately 8:35 p.m. two individuals entered a grocery store located in midtown Kingston. These individuals proceeded to select multiple items, which were then concealed in a bag that one of them had placed in a shopping cart. These suspects then proceeded to the front of the store and walked past a closed cash register before exiting the premises without making any attempts to pay for the selected items. Once outside of the store, the suspects were observed, on recorded security video, fleeing from the parking lot on foot.

The first suspect, who concealed the items in their bag, is described as Caucasian, in their forties, with light brown or blonde long straight hair and a medium build. The suspect was wearing a green Reebok jacket/hoodie, green pants, and reading glasses. They were also carrying a white bag with pink and purple flower designs on it.

The second suspect is described as Caucasian, in their thirties, with a slim to medium build, and was wearing a black ribbed hooded jacket, blue jeans, and black running shoes. They were carrying a dark tote bag with coloured designs on it as well as a black handbag and a grey backpack.
