On behalf of the Kingston Police I am pleased to welcome you to our new and improved website.  As Chief of Police it is my pleasure to serve the members of the Kingston Police and the Kingston Community.  Policing is, and has always been, a community oriented service and our members strive to deliver policing  in an efficient and effective manner.  As the complexity of crime and investigations increase our members are ready to face the challenge.  We have already begun to rebuild our service to meet our future needs with an increase in training and technology.
