Property and Stores

Our Property and Stores staff have the crucial role of tracking and storing seized narcotics, weapons, firearms, and crime scene evidence. They must also maintain accurate records of all property including items turned into Kingston Police and found and recovered by officers.

Another important role of property and stores includes the maintaining of ordering and maintaining all police uniforms and equipment necessary for our officers to do their job.

If our property staff are calling, you'll want to answer, as they are responsible for contacting owners of found and recovered property to facilitate returns.

Do you have what it takes?

Applicants for this position must already be employed in a civilian role within Kingston Police.

Staff working within the property and stores must be detailed oriented and have excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
