Police thank the public after one of two wanted individuals is arrested in relation to a sexual assault on a minor

Kingston Police would like to thank the public for the abundant number of tips that was provided, which has subsequently led to the arrest of Elizabeth O'NEIL, one of the accused parties related to this incident.
